My mother was Lilly's mother (my character from the novel I'm writing), she was blond and wearing the black cut-out dress that Lilly's mum wore to the -oh nearly wrote it then!
She began a fling with someone called Scott, who in the dream I was also good friends with. I was incredibly angry with him, and refused to attend the friendly meal at a chinese restaurant overlooking the sea that we had arranged. I was mainly angry because he was joining the RAF and would be leaving my mum, which in real life wouldn't be the first issue on my mind.
When he left my mum seemed fine, but I still refused to say goodbye to him as I didn't want to appear supportive of their relationship. However later I changed my mind and caught the train to catch him before he left. On the train (which was the Hogwarts Express) I saw Reese Witherspoon, who was complaining about how she didn't want a bed on the train and that she wanted a chair so she didn't have to sleep.
The RAF cheerleaders were also on the train, and I watched one of their music videos, which was much like a set of mini Pussycat Dolls, and they all wore bright orange for some reason. I tried to avoid them all the best I could!
